Does Hikari Cosmetics test on animals?
No. We as a company choose not to participate in the testing of our products on animals. Our products are PETA certified and cruelty free.

All of our orders are processed through PayPal which is secure and easy, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.
When will my order be charged to my card?
It takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and added to your card.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we do not currently ship out of the United States.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges however we will gladly replace any item that may have got damaged during shipping. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased.
